Payment method.
The payment should be done completely in advance.

I send an invoice to your paypal email. I will only proceed with the commission once it has been paid.

What will I give to you?.
The commission consist of:

PNG files

GIF file (if required)

MP4 file (if required)

If you need any other format, just let me know.
I reserve the right to save the illustration and use it in my portfolio, show it in any media to promote my work (including art books for sale) and publish it on my social networks. It will be shown in a lower resolution and with all the respective credits to you. If necessary, you can ask me if you do not want the commission to be made public.

Work process.
After the payment is received, as well as the details of the commissions.This is the process:

Sketch.
I will send you the first concept sketches, if you need to make any corrections to the idea or the composition, this is the perfect time. After I send you the clean version of the chosen concept, I will not be able to accept corrections that imply redoing the entire drawing, if it is very necessary, an extra fee will be charged (around 1/3 of the full commission).

Lineart
Here I can change only small details if necessary. I can also make any corrections to the color palette..

Final details.
The files are sent. At this stage I will not receive corrections, unless I am the one who made a mistake.
These steps may vary depending on the commission, but it is mostly like this.
As known, I keep all the credits for my work, which should be written as “Hilbert monitos”. The client retains copyright and license to use as needed, while compromising that this doesn`t mean any deformation, alteration or damage to the piece itself or my image as an artist.
Once payment is complete, I will assume that you have accepted everything written in this document. Also, there will be no refunds. Unless, for some reason, I am unable to complete the commission.
